Do you ship overseas?
We ship all over the world. At this time, we only offer FedEx Economy service for international orders. If you live outside the U.S. and would like assistance with your order, please contact us at email@example.com.
What shipping options do you offer?
We currently offer free shipping for all domestic orders exceeding $100 (Hawaii and Alaska not included).
What about return shipping?
If your purchase meets the return and exchange policy terms we will send you a return shipping label and cover cost. However, currently we do not cover return shipping on international orders.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns** and exchanges on all items in their original condition. Items must be sent back to us within 30 days of their arrival, with all tags and original packaging included. Damaged or used merchandise is not eligible for return. Unless we have made an error, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

How do I care for my Mina Bag?
Be kind to your MINA BAIE mama bag by avoiding exposure to excessive temperatures, sunlight, and moisture. Before storing, stuff and return your bag it to it's included dust cover.
Spot clean using leather cleanser or leather wipes that contain no alcohol or caustic substances.
