Do you ship overseas?
We ship all over the world. At this time, we use UPS service for international orders. The customer is responsible for all duties and fees associated with the purchase. We do not offer free exchanges on international orders.

What shipping options do you offer?
We currently offer free shipping for all domestic orders exceeding $100 (Hawaii and Alaska not included).
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
We accept returns** and exchanges on items in their original condition (excluding changing pads)**. Items must be sent back to us within 30 days of their arrival, with all tags and original packaging included. If an item is returned without the original packaging a 10% restocking fee will be charged. Damaged or used merchandise is not eligible for return. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

How do I care for my Mina Bag?
Be kind to your MINA BAIE mama bag by avoiding exposure to excessive temperatures, sunlight, and moisture. Before storing, stuff and return your bag it to its included dust cover.
Spot clean using leather cleanser or leather wipes that contain no alcohol or caustic substances.
