Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, and includes all tags and packaging. Missing packaging will incur a 10% restocking fee. Used or damaged items are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
-For domestic orders, a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the return label.
-International orders are not eligible for free returns or exchanges. Any duty, tax, or shipping fees are non-refundable—refunds apply to cost of goods only.
Returns sent outside the 30-day window will be rejected and returned to you. If you are returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped separately.
Changing pads, final sale items, and sample sale items are non-returnable.
Gift returns will be refunded as store credit.
We require up to 5 business days to process returns once received at our warehouse.

Processing & Shipping:
In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days. All items in a cart ship together—preorders will delay shipment of in-stock items until the preorder is available. Orders ship from Los Angeles, CA.
Estimated Delivery:
- Domestic (U.S.): 1–5 business days after shipment, depending on time zone
Pacific: 1–3 business days - Mountain: 2–4 business days
- Central: 3–4 business days
- Eastern: 4–5 business days
- International: 10–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier or weather delays.
Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. holidays (please see Help Center for list).

We use microfiber vegan leather, which is water resistant & easiest to clean—use baby wipes.
Nylon is durable & water resistant. With food/milk spills, clean with dish soap & warm water.
Our leather is vegetable-tanned, which doesn’t require synthetic coatings. It absorbs moisture/oils & is NOT water resistant.
