What shipping options do you offer?
We currently offer free shipping for all domestic orders exceeding $100 (Hawaii and Alaska not included).
Due to COVID19 we have implemented safety precautions while packing and shipping your orders. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order.
Do you accept returns?
COVID19 UPDATE: In order to ensure the safety of our team, we require 7 business days to process returns once they have been received at our warehouse.
We accept returns** on items in their original condition (excluding changing pads)**. Items must be sent back to us within 30 days of their arrival, with all tags and original packaging included. If an item is returned without the original packaging a 10% restocking fee will be charged. Damaged or used merchandise is not eligible for return. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If any imperfection is discovered upon receipt of the bag, please contact support within the first 14-days for an exchange.

Do you ship overseas?
We ship all over the world. The customer is responsible for all duties and fees associated with the purchase. We do not offer free exchanges on international orders.
