Shipping & Returns

 

What shipping options do you offer? 

We offer free shipping for orders over $100 before taxes, that ship within the contiguous United States (does not include Hawaii, Alaska, or US territories).

Orders shipped outside the United States are subject to taxes and duties that are paid for by the customer.

Expedited shipping within the continental US only. You'll be able to choose 2-day or overnight option at checkout.

Please note that expedited orders must be placed by 12pm PT to go out same day (business days only). Expedited orders received over the weekend or on holidays will ship the next business day. Carriers only make deliveries M-F.

Expedited shipping is NOT available to PO boxes.

Shipping cost is non-refundable once your order is shipped out.

Exact transit time may be subject to weather or carrier delays.

 

Shipping:

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of arrival, provided the item is unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging included. If an item is returned without its original packaging, a 10% restocking fee will apply. Damaged or used merchandise is not eligible for return, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Gift cards, changing pads, discounted items (if applicable), final sale items, and sample sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Please allow 1-3 business days to process and fulfill your order. Once fulfilled, orders will take 3-8 business days to arrive, barring any carrier delays (all orders are shipped from Los Angeles).

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-15 days (barring any shipping delays that may occur). Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Do you accept returns? 

MINA BAIE accepts returns of unworn/unused items within 30 days of your delivery date. Changing pads and monogrammed items are final sale. 

We require 8 business days to process returns once they have been received at our warehouse. We do not offer exchanges or free returns. 

If the purchase is a gift, the 30-day return policy still applies. To avoid the gift receiver missing the return window, we would highly recommend purchasing a MINA BAIE gift cardIf item(s) purchased with shop credit won from MINA BAIE are returned, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from shop credit.

Do you ship overseas? 

We ship all over the world. The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and fees associated with the purchase. We do not offer exchanges or free returns. Please note in case customer chooses to return the order within the return window, the duty, tax, shipping, and any other fees are non-refundable. The refund would only apply to the cost of the goods.

Premium Delivery Service: 

Our Premium Delivery Service can be added to your order at checkout for a small fee, giving you extra peace of mind when shopping with MINA BAIE. When selected, this service provides the following benefits:

  • Expedited Handling for Replacements
    If your package is lost in transit or stolen after delivery, any replacement item we send will be prioritized in our fulfillment queue and shipped out as quickly as possible.

This ensures that in the rare event of an issue, your replacement reaches you without unnecessary delay.

  • Priority Support
    If you ever need help with your order, you’ll receive priority status with our customer care team.

This means faster response times and a dedicated agent to resolve any shipping-related issues.

  • Complimentary Replacement if Lost or Stolen
    In the rare case your package is lost in transit or stolen after delivery, we’ll send you a replacement item at no extra cost (subject to availability).

If the item is no longer in stock, we’ll issue store credit for the affected item.

Items must be sent back to us within 30 days of their arrival, with all tags and original packaging included. If any imperfection or missing items is discovered upon receipt of the bag, please contact support within the first 14-days for an exchange.
