We know you're so excited for your Minas! Delivery depends on where you are. Please allow 3-5 business days to process and fulfill your order. Once fulfilled, orders will take 3-8 business days to arrive, barring any carrier delays (all orders are shipped from Los Angeles).
For Alaska and Hawaii, there is a flat-rate Ground Shipping charge on all orders of $20.
Pre Ordered Items: once pre ordered items have stocked, please allow 1-3 business days to process the order. Pre orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

If you are having your package delivered to a hotel, we recommend expedited shipping option to ensure your order is delivered during your stay.
Yes, we offer expedited shipping within the continental US only. You'll be able to choose 2-day or overnight option at checkout.
Please note that expedited orders must be placed by 12pm PST to go out same day (business days only). Expedited orders received over the weekend or on holidays will ship the next business day. Carriers only make deliveries M-F.
Expedited shipping is NOT available to PO boxes.

If an item is sold out on our website, we occasionally make it available for pre-order prior to receiving the merchandise in our warehouse. This allows customers to secure their order for the item they want in advance without having to wait or keep a look out for the restock.
The “estimated ship date” is our best estimation of when the item will restock. This date is calculated using our knowledge of approximate production and shipping times.
Please note that this is only an estimation, as shipping delays can occur leading to a later estimated ship date.
Items in cart will all ship together. If an item on pre-order is in your cart, the in-stock items will not ship until the pre-ordered item is available to ship.
We use all major carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS), and local courier partners.
While we work hard to make sure you receive your order as soon as possible, arrival times provided by carriers are not guaranteed. Delivery times are estimations provided by the carrier based on their current shipping times.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your MINA purchase. If the item is not the right fit for you let us know—we’re happy to help! MINA BAIE accepts returns of unworn/unused items within 30 days of your delivery date. Please initiate your return here.
Please note your items must be in transit to our warehouse within 30 days of the original delivery date, with all tags and original packaging included. If the item is sent outside the return window, it will not longer be eligible for return and will be shipped back.
Changing pads and monogrammed items are Final Sale items and are not returnable.

If the purchase is a gift, the 30-day return policy still applies. To avoid the gift receiver missing the return window, we would highly recommend purchasing a MINA BAIE gift card.

BAGS:
Our MINA bags come with a warranty to ensure our mamas receive bags that uphold our high standards of quality and functionality. Our MINA vegan leather bags and neoprene bags are covered for one year from date of original delivery. Our MINA top-grain leather bags and nylon bags are covered for 18-months from date of original delivery. Our MINA Canvas bags are covered for one year from date of original delivery.
Our warranty covers hardware and manufacturer defects on items purchased through our MINA BAIE website or an authorized dealer. Our warranty does not cover secondhand bags, sample bags, final sale items, normal wear, cracking leather paint, scratches, or stains. Warranty is voided for any bags that undergo any type of modification.
If any imperfection is discovered upon receipt of the bag, please contact support within the first 14-days for an exchange. If you experience an issue with your bag within the time of your warranty, please contact support@minabaie.com and include photos and your order number. Once the repair has been initiated, we will cover shipping costs (on orders placed within the continental U.S.) to and from our repair facility. The entire repair process, including shipping, usually takes 2 to 3 weeks. Our mamas also have the option to repair it locally, if they prefer not to go too long without their bag. In this case, we will happily reimburse you as soon as a copy of the invoice is submitted.
Please note, if we do find the bag cannot be repaired, we cannot guarantee it will be replaced with a new bag of the same design and color.
ACCESSORIES:
Bag Straps, Parker Chains, Stroller Hooks, Luggage Tag, Wipes Cases, Changing Kits, and Changing Pads are covered for 6 months from date of original delivery.
JEWELRY:
We have worked hard to create the highest quality of handmade jewelry for our customers. Our quality is among the very highest in the industry, and we are able to offer an 18-month warranty from date of original delivery.
The guarantee covers the following: broken strings, damaged lock, or damaged closure.
Please note that the guarantee does not cover discoloration issues. The customer is still responsible for all shipping costs.
All of our MINA leather bags are handmade with top grain leather, our buttery soft leather will withstand the test of time, to be cherished for years to come. In order to preserve and care for your leather bags, we encourage you to hydrate and condition your MINA bag with Cadillac Leather Cleaner.
Please note our handmade bags are unique and variances in leather are normal. Variations in the leather texture and color are not viewed as defects, but rather part of the beauty of real leather. Because our leather is dyed in small batches variances can occur in color from production to production.
Be kind to your MINA BAIE mama bag by avoiding exposure to excessive temperatures, sunlight, and moisture. Before storing, stuff and return your bag to its included dust cover. To clean the nylon or remove stains, use a soft-bristle toothbrush or baby washcloth with mild soap and water and gentle circular motions. Avoid excessive water near leather trimmings.
All light color canvas bags are not waterproof or water resistant as canvas is a woven material. To prevent stains or water damage, we recommend Scotchgarding your canvas bag. We advise spot cleaning an inconspicuous spot first as a tester. We do not recommend machine washing our canvas bags as this could damage the leather or vegan leather trimming as well as the hardware.
To care for your MINA Neoprene Bags, we recommend hand washing with cold water & gentle soap. Using circular motions, gently massage the area to be cleaned and let air dry. Avoid machine washing your MINA Neoprene Bag as this may damage the hardware & it is also trimmed with Nappa Vegan Leather. To remove any creases, simply use a steamer in downward motion. Avoid alcohol, acetone, or oil on neoprene as these could damage the material.
NYLON LINING: Our MINA bags have a nylon lining, which has a poly coating to make it water resistant. Please note, that the lining is water resistant, not waterproof. To clean the lining of your MINA bag, gently pull the lining out and using a soft toothbrush or soft washcloth, wipe down with a mild unscented soap and warm water solution. Let air dry completely with the lining pulled outside of the bag to avoid mold growth.
NEOPRENE LINING: Our stroller caddies are lined with neoprene and vegan leather trim. Therefore, we do not recommend machine washing the stroller caddies as this could damage the vegan leather or hardware. To clean the neoprene lining, gently pull the lining out of the section you want to clean and using a soft toothbrush or soft washcloth, wipe down with a mild unscented soap and warm water solution. Let air dry completely with the lining pulled outside of the bag to avoid mold growth.
To reduce the stain on the canvas material, we recommend a combination of hydrogen peroxide, rubbing alcohol, and a cold air blow dryer. After gently cleaning the spot with this solution and a soft washcloth, blow dry the area directly on the cold setting. It does take some time to dry. It is important to not use warm or hot air as the heat could create a similar stain to the water damage.
If the water stain does not lift right away, we also recommend putting a steamer to it after the alcohol + hydrogen peroxide solution. It is okay if the steamer has a little heat, but not the blow dryer. If any remaining watermarks show, we recommend Shout Wipes to lift what remains. Once dry, we recommend spraying Scotchguard on the canvas to prevent stains or water damage.
Avoid contact with hairspray, perfume, water, bleaches, and lotions.
Avoid humidity, heat, and overexposure to sun.
Storage: The best thing is to store your jewelry in small cloth bags or small plastic bags so that they are separate and do not scratch up against each other. All items come with a MB pouch and box that you can store your jewelry in.
Advice on cleaning your jewelry at home: Gently wipe your MINA jewelry with a soft cloth to retain its shine.
We love matte matching hardware as much as you do! Please note, the matte matching hardware is simply a coating that is placed over the real metal of the hardware. Wear will cause this to happen overtime. A humid environment may cause wear to the metal finish. If this may be bothersome to you, we would recommend the silver or gold hardware. The zipper teeth of our matching hardware items should not chip as it is made of industrial plastic.
We use high-quality vegetable-tanned leather. While vegetable-tanned leather takes months to make, no chemicals are used to tan the leather—only natural and organic substances are used during this production process. Because vegetable tanning requires no synthetic coatings, it does absorb moisture and oil, which means it is not water resistant. To maintain the longevity of your MINA leather items, we recommend regular maintenance with leather conditioner.

1. What is Afterpay? Afterpay is an interest-free payment option that allows you to shop now and pay it off with four installments.
2. How can I shop with Afterpay? Add the Mina items your heart desires to your cart. Select Afterpay at checkout as your payment method. If you already have an Afterpay account, log in and complete your checkout. If you are new to Afterpay, sign up while you checkout with MINA BAIE by following the prompts. No long forms to fill out, and you'll know you've been approved within seconds. Orders ship as they would with any other form of payment.
4. Are there any fees with Afterpay? You will only be charged a late fee if you miss payments. Afterpay will send you regular reminder notifications of any upcoming payments.
5. What cards does Afterpay accept? Currently, Afterpay accepts Mastercard and Visa debit and credit cards issued in the United States. At this time, Afterpay is only available for purchases made in the United States.
6. When will my first payment be charged? All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The 3 remaining payments will be automatically deducted every 2 weeks from your chosen payment method linked in your Afterpay account.

At the moment we do not offer exchanges. We want you to have something you love. Go to the returns center here and request a refund or store credit. We offer a flat rate for return shipping on any domestic order. Once received, we will issue a refund to your original payment method and you can purchase the desired color or style on our website. Please note, items purchased during a sale or promotion cannot be exchanged at a future date for the same discount.

Our MINA items are non-toxic and have passed multiple tests. They are tested for the Prop 65 chemicals, the 6 phthalates, lead, and cadmium. They have also passed European product testing, which is more stringent than Prop 65.
If you added insurance to your order at the checkout, you package will be protected from any loss, damage or porch theft. If you need to file a claim, please email us at support@minabaie.com so we can take care of it and send you a replacement right away.
Note the fee you pay at the checkout is non-refundable should you cancel or return an item/order.
