Expedited Shipping: Available within the continental U.S. only. Orders placed by 12PM PT ship the same business day; those placed after, on weekends, or holidays ship the next business day. Expedited shipping is non-refundable and unavailable for PO boxes.
Premium Delivery Service: Protects against loss, damage, or theft. Non-refundable if the order is canceled or returned. Must reach out to our support team within 14 days of original delivery date.
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition, with all tags and packaging. Items returned without packaging incur a 10% restocking fee. Used or damaged items are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds exclude original shipping fees.
Final Sale: Gift cards, changing pads, discounted items, sample sale items, and purchases made with store credit won from giveaways.
If an imperfection or missing item is found upon delivery, contact support@minabaie.com within 14 days for an exchange.

For reference, I am 1.57m tall, about 5'2". I found the BAIE strap way too long, even at its shortest length. It made it clunky to use as a replacement to the original leather strap that came with my Emmy Full (Nylon). I thought that the BAIE strap could replace the original strap so that I could use the bag as both shoulder bag and cross-body without having to switch out straps. But with the BAIE strap, the bag hung too low as a shoulder bag and as a cross-body. I've attached comparison photos of the BAIE strap vs the original strap. Hung over the shoulder, the BAIE looks obviously too long. The original strap hits at just the right length when used over the shoulder. But even as a cross-body, I prefer the length of the original strap over the BAIE strap's length.
I wish the shortest BAIE strap length could be the adjusted to the same length as the original strap, then at least it can come in some use. Now it's just sitting in my wardrobe, a waste of money. It is actually a well-made strap that I think would support the weight of a full bag better than the original strap, which is the reason why I bought it in the first place. Sadly, I still have to use the original strap with the bag, which is quite thin and doesn't offer much support when the bag is heavy.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, and includes all tags and packaging. Missing packaging will incur a 10% restocking fee. Used or damaged items are not eligible for return.

-For domestic orders, a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the return label.

Returns sent outside the 30-day window will be rejected and returned to you. If you are returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped separately.
Changing pads, final sale items, and sample sale items are non-returnable.
Gift returns will be refunded as store credit.
We require up to 5 business days to process returns once received at our warehouse.

We use microfiber vegan leather, which is water resistant & easiest to clean—use baby wipes.
Nylon is durable & water resistant. With food/milk spills, clean with dish soap & warm water.
Our leather is vegetable-tanned, which doesn’t require synthetic coatings. It absorbs moisture/oils & is NOT water resistant.
