Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Once fulfilled, orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days (shipped from Los Angeles).International orders may take 7–15 days, depending on customs and carrier delays. Tracking details will be included in your confirmation email.
Expedited Shipping: Available within the continental U.S. only. Orders placed by 12PM PT ship the same business day; those placed after, on weekends, or holidays ship the next business day. Expedited shipping is non-refundable and unavailable for PO boxes.
Premium Delivery Service: Protects against loss, damage, or theft. Non-refundable if the order is canceled or returned. Must reach out to our support team within 14 days of original delivery date.
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition, with all tags and packaging. Items returned without packaging incur a 10% restocking fee. Used or damaged items are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds exclude original shipping fees.
Final Sale: Gift cards, changing pads, discounted items, sample sale items, and purchases made with store credit won from giveaways.
If an imperfection or missing item is found upon delivery, contact support@minabaie.com within 14 days for an exchange.
International Returns: Duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds apply only to the cost of goods.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, and includes all tags and packaging. Missing packaging will incur a 10% restocking fee. Used or damaged items are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
-For domestic orders, a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the return label.
-International orders are not eligible for free returns or exchanges. Any duty, tax, or shipping fees are non-refundable—refunds apply to cost of goods only.
Returns sent outside the 30-day window will be rejected and returned to you. If you are returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped separately.
Changing pads, final sale items, and sample sale items are non-returnable.
Gift returns will be refunded as store credit.
We require up to 5 business days to process returns once received at our warehouse.

Processing & Shipping:
In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days. All items in a cart ship together—preorders will delay shipment of in-stock items until the preorder is available. Orders ship from Los Angeles, CA.
Estimated Delivery:
- Domestic (U.S.): 1–5 business days after shipment, depending on time zone
Pacific: 1–3 business days - Mountain: 2–4 business days
- Central: 3–4 business days
- Eastern: 4–5 business days
- International: 10–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier or weather delays.

We use microfiber vegan leather, which is water resistant & easiest to clean—use baby wipes.
Nylon is durable & water resistant. With food/milk spills, clean with dish soap & warm water.
Our leather is vegetable-tanned, which doesn’t require synthetic coatings. It absorbs moisture/oils & is NOT water resistant.
