Shipping:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. International orders generally arrive within 7–15 business days. Expedited shipping is available within the continental U.S. only, ships the same business day for orders placed by 12PM PT and it is not available for PO boxes. Premium Delivery Service protects against loss, damage, or theft, is non-refundable if the order is canceled or returned. For all of our shipping options, please see here.
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with all tags and packaging; items returned without packaging incur a 10% restocking fee, used or damaged items are not eligible, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Final sale items include gift cards, changing pads, discounted and sample sale items, and purchases made with store credit won from giveaways.
For international returns, duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable, and refunds apply only to the cost of goods. For all of our return options, please see here.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, and includes all tags and packaging. Missing packaging will incur a 10% restocking fee. Used or damaged items are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- U.S. orders initiate return HERE., a flat fee of $10 will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover the cost of the return label. If the item is sent outside the return window, it will not longer be eligible for return and will be shipped back.
- International orders initiate return HERE. Please note in the case that customer chooses to return the order within the return window, duty, tax, shipping, and any other fees are non-refundable. The refund would only apply to the cost of the goods.
Returns sent outside the 30-day window will be rejected and returned to you. If you are returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped separately.
Changing pads, final sale items, and sample sale items are non-returnable.
Gift returns will be refunded as store credit.
We require up to 5 business days to process returns once received at our warehouse.
Processing & Shipping:
In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days. All items in a cart ship together—preorders will delay shipment of in-stock items until the preorder is available. Orders ship from Los Angeles, CA.

- Domestic (U.S.): 1–5 business days after shipment, depending on time zone
Pacific: 1–3 business days
Mountain: 2–4 business days
Central: 3–4 business days
Eastern: 4–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier or weather delays. During the holiday season, carriers experience extremely high package volumes and occasional weather disruptions. As a result, shipping delays may occur within the carrier network.

We use microfiber vegan leather, which is water resistant & easiest to clean—use baby wipes.
Nylon is durable & water resistant. With food/milk spills, clean with dish soap & warm water.
Our leather is vegetable-tanned, which doesn’t require synthetic coatings. It absorbs moisture/oils & is NOT water resistant.
